Serving on the First Impressions Team is more than opening a door or greeting a guest. It’s an opportunity to help someone feel seen, valued, and connected.

Guest Services

  • Welcome guests as they arrive
  • Answer questions and provide information
  • Help new visitors navigate the church
  • Assist with special events and services

Greeters

  • Offer a friendly smile and warm greeting
  • Open doors and welcome attendees
  • Help guests feel comfortable and connected
  • Direct visitors to key areas of the church

Hospitality Team

  • Prepare and serve refreshments
  • Maintain hospitality areas
  • Create a welcoming environment before and after services
  • Assist with special gatherings and events

Parking Team

  • Direct traffic safely and efficiently
  • Assist guests in finding parking
  • Provide a welcoming experience before guests even enter the building
  • Help ensure a safe environment for everyone

Information Center

  • Answer questions about ministries and events
  • Assist guests with next steps
  • Connect visitors with church staff and ministry leaders
  • Provide resources and information
